  • How old do I need to be to get in?
  • MUST BE 21:
    • Each guest must be 21 and over and must present a valid state issued ID (state ID, Driver's license, passport or matricula) No expired ID's will be valid . Volkan is 18 and Over with ID but will not be served a bottle of champagne.

  • What's the deal with the dress code?
  • DRESS CODE ENFORCED:
    • Encourage your friends to dress up for this SPECIAL OCCASION! Hey! it's your birthday and they should go all out and take out that special outfit they wore to the Latin Grammys...Each guest must abide by our dress code to enter (no baggy attire, no sports attire, Jeans are ok as long as they are very clubby, (in other words don't bring the jeans you use to paint the house.) Also, No clothing with logos or letters, no timberland boots or baseball caps. Door Staff and security have the right to decline entry to you and or your guests if you do not meet dress code.

  • What if one of my friends can't get in because of dress code?

FRIENDS OUT OF DRESS CODE:

Pleae make sure your friends are in dress code. We will not issue refunds for friends who do not meet dress code. The dress code is very simple. Tell your friends that this is a special night for you. That you want them to look like they are going out on the town...Not like they will be hanging out at the local gym or park. In other words, No Gym Shoes, No Hats, Not Baggy attire, No sports logos on shirts...Im sure you get the point... Have fun...

  • TABLES
    • First Come first served SO PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY.
    • Only the birthday celebrant can check in for the birthday celebration.
    • Tables are meant as a meeting area. Club birthdays are a lot of fun and most of the time people are enjoying the different rooms or dancing near your table. Don't stress yourself out and worry about everyone having a seat. It's a club and not a banquet hall...You want people to have fun and not sitting throught out your celebration!...

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO DO WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

  • When you arrive, please check in with the guest list person letting them know that you have arrived for your V5 celebration. Once you have checked in,  the Birthday host/hostess will greet you. After being greeted by the Birthday Host please provide them a copy of your confirmation letter so you may be seated.  Remember that tables are first come first served so please try arriving early.

WHERE DO I SEND MY LIST?

  • You should be getting your invitations shortly. But if you wish you can always put together a list. Just go ahead and Download the file by clicking here. Fill it out as much as you can and once ready email it to list@v5group.com or you can fax it to 773.442.0068

THE DEAL:
* One bottle of champagne
* NO INVITATIONS NEEDED! Just have them mention your name at the door.
* One table, (issued at a first come first serve basis) to be used only as a meeting area.


COVER:
NO COVER before 12 midnight! and only $10 dollars after that (regular cover is $20)...Again, have them mention your name at the door for the deal.

DRINKS

@ TRANSIT:
* TWO Complimentary drink tickets will be given per person from 10pm to 11pm.
* Drinks tickets are valid for domestic beer or well drinks.(Well means house products, in otherwords-Instead of asking for Grey Goose and Soda you would say "Vodka and Soda")

DRINKS @ ZENTRA:
* $2 UV Vodka Drinks at Zentra from 9pm to 10:30pm

DRINKS @ BABALU: 

* TWO Complimentary drink tickets will be given per person from 9pm to 11pm.
* Drinks tickets are valid for domestic beer or well drinks.(Well means house products, in otherwords-Instead of asking for Grey Goose and Soda you would say "Vodka and Soda").


DRINKS @ CROBAR:
* TWO Complimentary drink tickets will be given per person from 10pm to 11pm.
* Drinks tickets are valid for domestic beer or well drinks.(Well means house products, in otherwords-Instead of asking for Grey Goose and Soda you would say "Vodka and Soda")

DRINKS @ VOLKAN:
* NO DRINK tickets are handed out.
