When is the Festival
Sueños will be hosted on May 27th & 28th, 2023 in Chicago, Illinois. The festival takes place within the historic Grant Park (home of Lollapalooza).
What is the age requirement to attend Sueños?
To enter the festival, you must be 18 and over.

All tiers are the same ticket, just a different price. As a tier sells out, the next tier will automatically become available.
What is a Layaway Plan and how does it work?
Layaway Plans is a way to pay a small deposit to secure your pass with the remaining balance due in equal installments.
Secure your spot to Sueños with a $20 (2-Day GA), $50 (2-Day GA+), $100 (2-Day VIP), or $250 (2-Day El Sueño) Deposit with the remaining balance divided into equal monthly payments. There is an additional $10 fee to purchase with a Layaway Plan.
Please note, if you default on your payments, your passes will be canceled after 10 days of non-payment and you will not receive a refund.
Will my wristbands be shipped to me?
Yes, all U.S. Customers will have their wristbands shipped. Anybody living outside of the U.S. will have the option to purchase international shipping or will need to pick up their wristband at Will Call, on the day of the festival. Wristbands will begin to be shipped approximately four weeks prior to the festival.
Orders are shipped out in batches, so don’t stress if your friend received theirs and you haven’t! You’ll receive an email confirmation once your wristband is shipped out.
If you purchase your ticket within 7 days of the festival, don’t receive your wristband OR you live outside of the US, you will pick up your wristbands at Will Call located at the Box Office. Please have your Front Gate Tickets order confirmation and government-issued ID ready.
